Recipe for Cookies And Cream Cake
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate cake 1
- Cream 1 packet
- Cookies 300 gms
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Chocolate for garnish (grated)
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Beat cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar until forms a peak shape.
Crush, chop and cut some cookies.
Cut dark chocolate cake into two pieces.
Spread whipped cream over one layer of the cake.
Then spread a layer of chopped cookies on top and sandwich the second cake.
Mix the crushed cookies into the remaining whipped cream and spread all over the cake.
Pipe roses of the whipped cream on top and finish with the cookies halves on each rosette.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
