Recipe for Fried Mash Dal
Ingredients
- Dal Mash 250 gm
- Ghee 1/4 Cup
- Ginger Chopped 1 Tbsp
- Onion 1 Finely Chopped In Slices
- Garlic Chopped 1 Tbsp
- Mint Leaves
- 1 Onion Chopped
- zeera Roasted And Ground 1 Tsp
- red Chillies Whole 6 Crushed
- white cumin seeds 1 Tsp
- water 2 Cups
- lemon wedges
Cooking Directions
Wash and soak dal for 1 hr and put to cook with all the masalas on a medium flame. when water dries, put on dam.
Put finely chopped mint leaves,zeera and fried onions and ghee 1/4 cup on the top. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Fried Mash Dal is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapati.
