• 500 grams of lentils,
• Potatoes –
• 2 sausages,
• 50 grams of Meat
• 1 carrot –
• 1 splash of oil
• Salt
• Beef bone
• Onion
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 dash of vinegar
• bay leaf 1

Put the lentils to soak twelve hours before, wash and put them in a pressure cooker with potatoes, two sausages, meat 50 grams, a carrot, a little oil, salt and beef bone.

Close the pot and make about twenty minutes with the necessary pressure on the model of the pot. On going to serve them they will add a fried onion with a tablespoon of paprika and a dash of vinegar.
