• Eggs(lightly beaten) 2
• Brown Dried Mushrooms(soaked) 3
• Roasted chicken(finely sliced) 300 gm
• Salt & black Pepper to taste
• Oil 1/2 tbsp
• Chicken Stock 5 cups
• Onions(cut into pieces) 2 springs
• Soy sauce 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbsp

Mix the mushrooms and chicken in a bowl, season and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a soup pot, fry the mushrooms and port for a few minutes, add the chicken stock, and bring it to a boil.

Add spring onions and the beaten eggs to boiling broth, stirring lightly.

Add the soy sauce and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
