Recipe for PomeGrape Soy Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 big pomegranate (seeds juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water )
- 400 gm seedless grapes(juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water)
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice(optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp cranberry syrup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 500ml soy milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream(optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
- 2 tbsp low-fat fresh cream(optional)
Cooking Directions
Strain the juices and add all the ingredients as per taste and blend them using a blender for a min.
Serve them in tall glasses immediately (for breakfast) or chilled(keep in freezer not more than 15 mins) otherwise. Enjoy the drink.
