No, the website is Pakistani based, and Photo Tour is under Explore Pakistan category whcih means.. you are Exploring Pakistan.

And there are 1000's of other websites with International Photos, moreover the purpose of the Photo Tour is the photos uploaded will be taken by people who have been to those places. So even if we have International Section, who will upload the photos ? Maybe you will copy paste from other websites which we do not want.
