Subject : Monthly makeup boxes (such an awesome concept!)
Okay, so I LOVE this. Basically, there is a company called Birchbox where you pay $10/month and you get a box of high-end 5-6 products (ranging from makeup, perfume, skincare, haircare and even shower and bath stuff), some full-sized and some deluxe samples which are basically 1/2 to 3/4 of the full size. You take a survey so they sort it out by age. My mom who's in her upper 40s gets anti-aging skincare stuff whereas I get makeup etc. The best part is that they have big name brands such as NARS, Laura Mercier, Too Faced, Marc Jacobs and this month was Laura Gellar. You can sign up for a month, 3 months or a full year which is what I do. Here is what a typical box looks like:
