Like no likes.

Well at the moment the website is using Google Ads which includes (text ads and image ads)

As for girls or such ads.. it depends on your browsing history + content of the website. Since google tracks your browsing activity by cookies / analytics / etc.. they show you relevant ads of your interest.

E.g. I was looking for hotel reservation in Thailand yesterday, and today when I open Pak101.com I see the ads of some hotel agencies which is not related to Pak101.com website or content.. but since Google knows via various tracking systems that I was searching / looking for hotels it showed me relavant ads.

For your case, I would suggest stop search for girls or visiting unethical websites, and try clearing your cookies / privacy settings.. then you will not get such ads.
