dekhy i think problems waha start hoti hay jab koi player ya caiptain ye soch rakhta hay kay mairy bina team chal nahy sakty ,shaid afridi is good player and good caiptain but he should think that alone he is nothing this is 11 member team playing in ground.so if he doesnt want to play no problem and if hr wana play aagin its good
