Qualified: Student have both things certificate and knowledge. but now a days mostly students are certified not qualified. Need comments, m i right or not? Like no likes.

ap boht kuch ker sakte hain?
such as

ap ne dekha hoga k ap ko high level seats pe certified pepole milain gai even siyasatdaan also.

aur qualified students ko koi nahi poochta

q k?
un k pass paisa nahi, pawa nahi,

to certified logo ko agai kerne walai b hum hi hain,
