Terms & Conditions

1. The rates are subject to change without any prior notice
2. If the nights combination in Makkah & Madina changes, the price of package will be changed accordingly
3. Visa processing time is 15-20 working days
4. Company will not be responsible for any Objection / Delay in Visa from Saudi Consulate
5. Ziyarat, Meals & Ticket are not include in Package Costs
6. Partial refund of unutilized service is not applicable
7. Package Duration should be finalized at the time of package booking or before approval
8. Complete journey must be performed as per booked dates and plan
9. Arrival/departure of flights at/from Madina airport will be charged SAR 200 for taxi
10. Self-Hiring Accommodation and Visa-Only Packages are not allowed
11. In case of overstay after the completion of package/visa duration, a penalty of SAR 25,000 will be charged
12. Get an Exit Stamp on passport from Saudi immigration at the time of departure from Saudi Arabia

1. Before MOM Approval (Courier Charges): Rs. 500

1. Original Passport with 8 months validity and 2 blank pages together
2. Original CNIC (Nadra)
3. Children B-Form
4. 04 Photographs (4×6 cm) with light blue background
5. FRC / Nikah Naama / Relationship Affidavit for female passengers where relationship with mehram is not determinable through passport name
6. Any other document required by the respective Consulate
7. Vaccination certificate
