The conflict between PCB and team management could not be eliminated as the management expressed great anger for selecting eight players in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy and also for releasing them from the ongoing camp for New Zealand series.

The players include Azhar Ali, Muhammad Hafeez, Sohaib Maqsood, Wahab Riaz, Sharjeel Khan, Roman Raes, Muhammad Irfan and Umar Akmal.

The officials said that PCB allowed the players without consulting from them which has badly disrupted the schedule made for the camp training. They said that the players are part of NZ tour squad, how can they play for the Quaid-e-Azam trophy.
