Gilgit-Baltistan formerly known as the Northern Areas of Pakistan[6] is the northernmost administrative territory of Pakistan. It borders Azad Kashmir to the south, the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the west, the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan to the north, Xinjiang, China, to the east and northeast and Jammu and Kashmir to the southeast. The region, together with Azad Kashmir and Jammu and Kashmir, is disputed between India and Pakistan Like no likes.

Pakistani flag flies high on roof of the world, Pakistan China Border Khunjrab Pass. A high mountain pass on the northern border of Pakistan with China, at an elevation of 15,528 feet above the sea level. The Pass is the highest border-crossing in the world and the highest point on the Karakoram Highway.
