I think you mean astrology. Astronomy is the scientific study of planets, solar systems and the like. Astrology is an ancient system of beliefs based on a certain understanding of those celestial bodies. Astrology expresses this belief through things such as horoscopes, tarot cards etc. Many cultures have astrological practices and many people still put a lot of faith in them and use them to understand their lives. Is it fake or real? Well from a scientific perspective it would be hard to find conclusive evidence to support astrological claims but that doesn't necessarily discredit the practice. The people who engage with astrology and use it in how they approach their day to day lives certainly make it "real". I'm afraid thats just not a simple yes or no answer.
