What is Microsoft word?

It is a word process program which is use for creation of large number of letters, applications, faxes &others documentation work with lots of graphic facilities. There are 256 pages in one document.
TITLE BAR.


The title bar contains the name of the name of program or document file using a mouse you can move a window by dragging it be from title bar.
MENU BAR. The contains the word menu commands.


STANDARD TOOLBAR.
The standard toolbar displays button for opening and saving document editing text and accessing special feature using the mouse.

FORMATTING TOOLBAR. The formatting toolbar display button for accessing character and paragraph formatting commends using the mouse.

RULER. Located beneath the formatting toolbar in a maximized window each document window has its own ruler that provides information about tab setting paragraph indentation, and margins.

SCROLL BARS. Placed at the right and bottom borders of the document window scroll bars facilitate moving around a work sheet using the mouse by dragging the scroll box along the scroll bar you can skin quickly through documents.

HORIZINTAL SCROLL BAR. Moves the work sheet rightward and lowered.
VERTICAL SCROLL BAR. Moves the worksheet up ward and down ward.
STATUS BAR. Located at the bottom of the application window the status bar displays status or information and tracks on your current position in a document pages and number of total pages.

TASK BAR.
Is the must lower bar of the documents start buttom is located in this bar. Similarly clock; volume etc is also located in this bar application when minimized is also located here.


FILE MENU.
1. New (CTRL+N). It is use for the setup of new page or documents.
2. OPEN (CTRL+O). It is use to the saved file / documents.
3. CLOSE (CTRL+W). It is use to close the current file / a document {X} is also use for this purpose.

6. SAVE AS WEB PAGE (ALT+F+G). It is use to show the file or view in a web page.
7. FILE SEARCH. It is use to find saved file of your computer write the name of file then search click your wanted file will be open.
8. PERMISSION. It is use to give or send the agreement to some one by the way of file type or email and etc this permission has three options (unrestricted access, Do not distribute and restrict permission as…) It is use to install IRM from internet download after that it will do that function.

9. VERSION. It is use to make a file for the purpose of massages or comments for some one else.
10. WEB PAGE PREVIEW. It is use to display the preview of any created web page.
11. PAGE SETUP (ALT+F+U). It is use to adjust the margins of the page you print it is also use to set the page as to whether the text should be printed in vertical or in horizontal position of the paper.

12. WHAT IS PORTRAIT & LANDSCAPE? When print (on) seems in vertical position then it is called portrait but when it is in horizontal position then it is called landscape.
13. PRINT PREVIEW (CTRL+F2). It is use to look the documents before printing to see whether they will be according to ones requirement or not.
14. PRINT (CTRL+P)OR (CTRL+SHIFT+F12). To print your documents on paper.
15. SEND TO. After creating the data, we mail or send it to web or send to any other programs like (power point).

16. PROPERTIES. It is use to show the properties of any created file.
17.RECENT FILES. These are the files, which are use recently, and it can be open easily.
18. EXIT (ALT+F4). It is use to close the program (MS WORD) completely.
EDIT MENU:
1. UNDO (CNTR+Z): is use to bring back the previous actions or reverse the action.
2. REDO (CTRL+Y): It works opposite to undo command.

3. CUT (CNTR+X): It is use to cut the selected text or objects.
4. COPY (CNTR+C) is use to give another copy there or in the same program or in any other program by the help of past.
5. OFFICE CLIPBOARD. It is for creating (Paste target) and facilitates us to Paste by number, which is cut or copy. It has copy menu, paste menu, and Picture menu. For more see the clip Board menu.

8. PAST AS HYPERLINK: It is use to paste any file including link with another file.
9. DELETE/CLEAR (CTRL+F3): It is use for deleting of selecting formats. To clear just design, contents or clear simple text with out formats and (All). To clear all format and text.
10. SELECT ALL (CNTR+A) OR (F8): it is use to select all or apply range to all the text of an open document /file.

11. FIND (CNTR+F) &REPLACE (CNTR+H): it is use to search some word/character &then to change (replace) it by some other word/character.

9. GO TO (CNTR+G): It is to access some page number etc quickly.

12. OBJECT: first you have to include object menu from insert menu then it will be active for the purpose of opening, editing and converting in edit menu.

13. LINK: It is use to have connection with another file or with heading, change the link, break the link and also it updates the link.
VIEW MENU:
1. NORMAL (ALT+CNTR+N): It is use for common typing work .it has more capacity than page lay out mode.
9. WEB LAYOUT: It is use to show or display the file in web page (in one large page with out pages counts).
10. PRINT LAYOUT: It is use to show the file in print page.

4. READING LAYOUT: It is use to show your all document or file like book style what we are reading books (normally this layout will show to us two pages in screen).
11. OUT LINE: It is use to show the file and to provide you outlines for making your file more clearly.
TASK PENE: it is use to show the recent files, blank documents, templates, how the thesaurus and etc.

2. TOOL BAR (ALT+V+W): It is use to disappear & appear the tool bars on the screen as standard bar, formatting bar, drawing bar, etc. and see the following tasks of bars.
? STANDARD BAR. In standard bar, it has 26 bars such as new page, open, save, and print, for more see the standard bar.


? FORMATING BAR. In formatting bar it has 18 bars such as style, font, font size for more see the formatting bar and it applies formats to the text.

? AUTO TEXT. It is use for including Auto text for example, for keeping mind and it has attention line, closing, and Header # footer for more see the auto text.

? DATABASE. It is for creating database to file and it has ten menus such as data form, manage fields, and etc. for more see the database visual basic bar.

? DRAWING BAR. It is for drawing the auto shapes, objects, word art, clip arts, color bar, shading bar, 3d bars, Grouping, orders and for more see the drawing bar.

E-MIAL: It has the function of formatting bar but we use for e-mail using such as using new page, save, save as, etc.

? FORMS. It is use to give the forms to the text by color, design and we can make such menus for form etc…...

Frame. It is used to make the frame in page or give the frame to the text and … and just we can use this frame in web page we cannot take the print of this frame border.

MAIL MERGE: usage of this tool bar is in Microsoft access or in Microsoft
Visual basic data’s to merge in Microsoft word and for more see the tool bar of merge to create data, by the form of latter, email messenger, etc

OUTLINING: it is use to give the promote to heading 1, simple promote, give body to the text by levels, simple demote, demote to body text and for more see the outlining bar.

PICTURE: It is use to change the scale of picture, insert the picture, give the border to the picture, text Warping and etc.

REWEVING. It is use to insert the comments, delete the comments, show the comments, show highlight, accept the track changes, reject the track changes and etc.


TABLE AND BORDER: It is use to create the table give the border to the table thick and thin the border of table split the table, merge cells, distribute the rows and columns, sort ascending and descending, sum the account and change the direction of the text in table form more see the tables and borders bar.

TASK PEN: it is use to show the recent files, blank documents, templates, how the thesaurus and etc.
VESUAL BASIC: It is use to Record micro by the way of text or objects and by the help of Run micro you will bring to other place of documents and for more see Microsoft access or visual basic.


WEB : It is use to helps us in captions as forward and back, hyperlinks and also in web by the help ofthis bar we can search web sight pages and we can easily include favorites files such as windows files, radio guide stations and we can have link as hyperlink.and shows address.

WEB TOOLS: it is use to bring the scrolling text, sounds, movies, images and etc from web tool and also some of them are creating in visual basic.

WORD COUNT: It is use to show the word count, pages count, paragraphs count, lines counts, characters count and etc.



WORD ART: It is use to insert word art, edit in word art, give the shapes to word art, give the space by lose and tight text warping to the objects and etc.
