Subject : Recipies Spiced Kidneys (Gurda Masala) INDIAN (closed) Ingredients:1 large onion, sliced Oil for frying 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 green chillis, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped 8 lamb's kidneys, trimmed, cored and cut into pieces 8 oz. tomatoes, skinned and chopped salt to taste Method: Fry the onion in a little oil until golden. Add the garlic and green chillis and fry for a minute or two. Now add the chopped pepper and fry for a few minutes. Add the kidneys and stir before adding the tomatoes and salt. Lower heat, cover and cook gently until tender.
