Actually there are lot of people abusing points system, copying pasting topics and posting multiple unnecessary replies so points system is made strict as per rules.

For e.g. you will not be getting points for this topic also as it's posted in Wrong Section.. It should have been posted in "Support / Help Desk" section.

Ofcourse I cannot tell exact details on how the points are being given otherwise people again start abusing the system.

Just because of few people rest of everyone has to go through the difficult process sometimes.
