depends on what you have already done so far in the past years and also what he likes or not, some suggestions would be....

- special dinner at home cooked by yourself.
- take him out to a surprising location without informing him and have things pre-arranged before your arrival.
- present him a dozen of flowers throughout the day, like 1 flower after every hour.

there could be dozens of more ideas.. but i've saved few for myself

Well.... I think the you should start talking to her in-directly such as..

if she is having a watch ask her time (make sure you dont have watch at that time warna maar paregi )

if she has pen ask her for pen (make sure you are carrying some paper to write on it)

and there are 1000's of small excuses which you can use to just to approach her, and slowly aap ka dar khatam ho jaayega!

& make sure she is not here on Pak101.com warna tumhari kahani ka the-end samjho

aur haan zaroor batana kya hua!
