Your quotes topic was just bunch of copying pasting quotes in every new reply.. so ideally it could be considered as spamming without much user interaction. hence it was not adding value to the forum.

and the topics you have mentioned above check them in detail, there are discussions and user contribution happening in the topic.

And yes we do leave such topics for sometime if the users start spamming too much, we close/delete the topics.

We will remove/close any topic which violate rules, specially topics who add no value to the forum such as copying pasting 100's of quotes/poetry/etc.... just to get some points, which nobody reads anyhow.

oye mama new comers ki kya galti hy k agar wo koi aisa topic create karte hain aur kuch dino baad unko pata chalta hy topic closed.. ary bhai aisa q... q k 100 saal pehle kisi ne ye topic post kya tha jiska ab koi naamu nishan b nahi hy aur wohi topic kisi aur ne start kardya hy jis pe usko bht response b mil raha hy wo to fazool sa topic hy .. agar ek waqt main 2 ek jaise topic chal rahe hon tabi aap ko chahye k ek close karden ... is waqt mere topic k ilawa mjhe koi aur topic aisa nazar nahi aaya isi lye maine open kya na k purane topics dekh dekh k nikala ... i want reopen my topic..
