first government have to decres taxes on garments sector and provid them elctricity regularly because most of the garments factories are going to shift thir factories in Bangladesh cause there is no problm of electricity and labour is also very cheep. if government follow only these two steps new factories definitely planted and unemployment wil reduced not sharply but this step will be very helpful for reducing unemployment.
