Description
i-power - 750 UPS (Un-interruptible Power Supply) (without battery)
UPS is essential product to maintain a reliable system operation by preventing equipment power failures and business disruptions. iPower 750 is designed as a cost effective power backup solution for telecom equipments operating in customer premises such as iSurf 1004/1008 VoIP Integrated Access Device.
Please note the nominal voltage of your loaded devices before deploying the UPS product. Do not overload or excessively under load the device. To prolong the UPS product life span, it is highly recommended to run the product at its optimum operating condition of 60-80% nominal capacity.

Operational Environment:
? Please place the equipment somewhere clean and ventilated and avoiding water, heat, strong magnetic field, and straight sunlight.
? The newly bought UPS must be charged for eight hours or so to reach the maximum power supply capacity due to the power loss of batteries during transportation and/or storage.
HOW TO CHARGE:
The UPS is under auto charging status whenever connected to the local electrical source and turned on. Charging your UPS does not require any particular procedure, nor has nothing to do with whether the loaded devices are turned on or not. The equipment monitors the voltage of the batteries all the time, and will automatically cease the charging process and switch to status
? The equipment is not suitable for loading inductive devices, such as fluorescent lamps, electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, photocopies, laser printers, and dynamoelectric tools.
Indicator Led and Buzz Interpretation
? LED turns green and no buzz indicates the local voltage is fluctuating within normal range.
? LED turns red and normal buzz indicates the local voltage is abnormal, and the back power supply is available.
? LED turns red and rapid buzz indicates back power supply is being used up and you need to shut off the connecting devices.
Disclaimer:
? The battery is the energy storage device of the UPS. Its life span is dependent on the number of times and depth of discharges, as well as the operating environmental temperature. Its performance will be degraded over the years.
? Under normal usage, it is effective to prolong the life span of the battery by manually discharging every three months if there is no power usage for a long time.
