Can research markets to identify opportunities for events; Uaising with dents to ascertain their precise event requirements; can produce and ensure compliance with detailed proposals for events; Can oversee management, budget, and operation of the food service outlet, catering services, and kitchen, and maintains liaison with sales department to ensum max- mum profitability.
