Title	Required IT Support Engineer

Job Description	We immediately require a IT Support Engineer, graduate from reputable universities and having good communication skills with at least 1-2 years of related professional experience. The responsibilities would include the following: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers / clients. - Respond to customer technical inquiries via phone / email. - Identify and resolve customer''s hardware and software problems. - Troubleshoot networks and systems issues. - Provide demo / POC to customers. - Taking ownership of technical issues. Skill required: - Good Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista Windows 7 and Linux operating systems. - Good Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls and other networking concept. - Good knowledge of virtualization e.g. VMware - Good knowledge of Backup and Antivirus suites Must be a quick leaner and highly motivated.
