EXPERIENCE:
March 2009 to date
I have been working for different companies to maintain their accounts and prepare financial statements on contract basis for 2 years. Here I mentioned these companies with month, I joined them.
July 2008 to date at Crystal Filling Station a PSO Petrol Pump and a CNG station in Gulshan-E-Iqbal .I am responsible to maintain and prepare Cash Book, Accounts Ledger, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Income statement etc on Peachtree accounting software.
March 2009 to date at Linkage Consultants and Developers in DHA. Linkage Consultants and Developers has been working over some construction contracts with KESC and with others specially KESC Office building in Defense Karachi, Pak Iran Investment bank Office. Therefore I am doing project accounting on Oracle based accounting software.
March 2010 to date at Alam Builders and Developers in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Alam Builders and developers launched Oasis Livena a Residential and commercial shop and flat project in Gulashan-e-Iqbal and Gulshan-e-Aysha Residential and commercial Plots project at Super Highway. I am maintaining accounts on Peachtree accounting software as well Customers Payment and Recovery Schedule on MS Excel.
August and September 2009 I worked for BMC media service authorized distributor of Reuters and prepared final accounts on Peachtree accounting software.
October November 2009 I worked for M.Tex Industries (pvt) ltd and designed the store system in Peachtree where I prepared Purchase Order, Material Received, Material Issued, Stock and inventory reports.
January 2005 to February 2009
Worked as “Manager Finance” at Sadaf Enterprises a construction company subsidiary of Mundia Group. Mundia Group is distinguished name in the sector of textile, energy and construction. Although Sadaf Enterprises was new company but the family had been constructing for many decades and Group had completed more than 50 residential projects in Kharadar, Jamshed Road, Clifton and Dubai. Yousuf Mundia director of Sadaf Enterprises launched Midas Executive and some other projects in Dubai. My diversified responsibilities at Sadaf Enterprises were:
* Preparation of computerized accountancy in visual FoxPro
* Maintenance of accounts.
* Supervise store and other staff.
* Responsible to handle the financial matters
* Dealing with tax department and consultant.
* Coordination with Director.
* Preparation of annual financial statements.
July 1999 to December 2004
Worked as “Manager Finance” at SPIRiT-IMCS affiliated with Al-Khair University (AJK) recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). I was the first who appointed to start the Al-Khair university campus in Nazimabad; it was an experiment because before this campus, there was no other university campus in this area and Al-Khair University first to start campus in North Nazimabad. First 6 months I was the only responsible person who worked in all areas including teachers dealing and coordination, admission, administration and class management. My diversified responsibilities as Manager Finance were:
* Preparation of entire accounts.
* Responsible to handle the financial matters.
* Dealing with tax department and consultant.
* Coordination with students relating to their fees and packages.

Worked as Audit Trainee at Majeed Faizi Sohail & co, chartered accountants, I didn’t join chartered accountant firm for article ship but work same as the persons who were working under the article ship. Where my responsibilities were:
Preparation of internal and external, audited and unedited financial reports.
Maintaining computerized accounting, and internal audit systems in Different companies.
Worked on different computer packages like Ms Word, Ms Excel FoxPro and different accounting packages on Windows Environments.

Worked at ICSM as trainee where I learnt the basic concepts of accountancy and office administration
