Job Description	Afghanistan based firm needs four international auditors and/or accountants based on Kabul, Afghanistan, initially 1 year contract with good salary. Candidate must have the following qualifications and expertise: International Auditor/Accountant Requirements a. Advanced university degrees or equivalent in Finance/accounting or business administration with finance; b. 7 years of relevant work experience and expertise in public financial management, financial controlling, accounting, and/or auditing; c. Collective expertise in financial management, payroll systems, auditing and procurement as well as HR systems; d. Collective experience in project appraisal with reference to financial management, preferably with international exposure through Governmental institutions, NGOs, UN agencies and/or other organizations; e. Proven management capacity, excellent IT skills and command of MS Office applications and financial software applications; f. Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Dari and/or Pashto would be an advantage; g. Proven written and oral communication skills, reporting skills and project appraisal experiences.
