The desired candidate should possess following skills & qualities. • Bachelor''s Degree • Expert knowledge of Oracle HRMS with prior implementation experience in; Oracle OTL / Payroll (R12 ) I-Recruitment PMS Self Service HR Core HR • Experience of at least three Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS implementations across the full project lifecycle, and after Go-Live support : Mastered • English: Fluent • Strong problem solving and consultancy skills • A passion for working within a consulting team • Highly motivated and confident approach • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • Ability to articulate complex functional solutions • A personal commitment to delivery Candidates meeting the above skills set and experience.
