Job Description	• Develop and execute test plans and test cases. • Validate test cases traceability to requirements and use cases. • Manually execute test cases for assigned projects. • Track and re-test defect fixes for assigned projects. • Create and maintain all test results in a project library. • Accurately report and track defects through the chosen defect management tool. • Perform data validation against SQL databases. • Pro-actively report “red flag” issues. • Coordinate test activities with test schedules for assigned projects. • Develop and maintain effective communication with both technical and non-technical team members.
