Job Description	Salary period: Monthly A well-respected executive firm focused on permanent placements, is currently recruiting for a permanent/direct hire Sales Officers for our Sales Department in Karachi Office. Responsibilities: • Cater to the needs of existing client base • Identify and develop new customers • Meet assigned sales/collection targets • Customer relationship building. • Willing to travel within the assigned territory • Required to establish institutional sales where necessary. • Responsible for Sales Planning and Forecast. • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • To monitor customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. • Introduced new sales strategies for growth of sales. • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions. • Retain and introduce new productive clients for the company. • Introduce latest Marketing/Sales trends. • Accepting new challenges for growth either organization or personal. • Keeping track of personal and department s targets. • Monitoring all sales related activities for particular account. • Supervision and facilitation of teams in an opportunity, solution design, price workings, proposal finalizing. • Supervision and facilitation of Receivables teams for timely payments and collections. • Skills: • Good communication and computer skills. • Self Motivating with Ability to achieve and deliver results. • Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills. Graduate Students only. Fresh graduate can apply but commitment is required.
