The new Representative will be guided by his/her officers for easy ways to procure business. This job is purely on commission base but in some special cases the agency office may offers salary and other facilities. The average Sales Representative earns about Rupees 20,000 to 30,000 per month. After completing of 2 years and achievement of required targets the Sales Representative promotes as Sales Officer and again after the same period and completing the required targets he/she becomes Sales Manager.
