Job Description	Company Name:Digital INtellect Position Type:Full-time Experience:2 - 4 Salary Range:Rs 10,000 - Rs 22,000 Monthly SEO Expert should know all the onsite & offsite optimization tools and techniques. Main Duties Planning, developing and implementing link building strategies. Integrating your link building process with the other SEO activities undertaken by the business. Developing innovative ethical link building initiatives. Producing regular audits making recommendations using your SEO skills / Knowledge to grow traffic on the sites. Produce ideas for new initiatives based on keyword research data with an estimation of the likely impact to enable prioritization of the work Producing detailed SEO reports on a weekly and monthly basis detailing the impacts made by your work. Maintain a record of all SEO implementations made on the sites You will be expected to stay up to date in new developments in SEO and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improving search engine rankings. This vacancy is not for internees or for the candidates with less than 2 years. Therefore don''t apply if you have no experience. You have worked in an SEO/Online Marketing/web designing role for at least 2 years and also have the knowledge and experience of running websites and the associated updating and optimization of these sites. You must also be able to show examples of successful link building activities that have resulted in the acquisition of large volumes of inbound, high quality links. On page optimization Off page strategies including link building Proficient use of Google analytic including goals and conversion tracking Proficient use of Google webmaster tools Google Ad words PPC campaign setup/management Good HTML, CSS, PHP intro is a big plus (not required) Conversion improvement techniques Keyword research and competitor analysis Experience with guest blogging and other outreach activities Content creation Social media knowledge for Facebook/twitter/YouTube etc. An understanding of other online marketing activities that impact on SEO In addition You have strong copy writing skills with a high standard of written English An in depth understanding of the major search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in these engines. You can demonstrate successful link building campaigns that result in the acquisition of large volumes of inbound, high quality links and are familiar with a range of different SEO tools. A highly analytical mind, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data using excel. Experience of web analytic tools, experience in managing small projects, and advanced use of Microsoft Office. Understanding of other programming languages is desirable as is the understanding of web servers from an SEO impact perspective. And finally, you must be highly self-motivated and able to prioritize workloads efficiently. Only apply if you have proven abilities.
