Job Description:
Record and prepare payments vouchers,
receipts Proper filing of all vouchers and documents systematically.
Maintain and prepare daily sales and payments logs.
Handle company petty cash.Issue inventory and record all sales accordingly.Liaison with banks for cheques and cash. Prepare reports as required by manager.Vendor reconciliation and coordination.Assure timely delivery of goods.

This includes but not restricted to:Procurement of office stationery, consumable, kitchen supplies, cleaning material, assets, computers and other I.T. related equipment''s etc.Printing of office stationery, catalogs, booklets, gift & promotional items, banners, publicity material, etc.repair & maintenance of premises, furniture, fixtures and equipments Making arrangement for Travel, boarding and lodging of Directors, staff, client and customers Providing administrative and logistic support for organizing events, seminars and other gatherings Making arrangements for in-house as well as outdoor meetings Vehicle movement, its logging & maintenance Arrangement for meeting, seminars and events etc.Asset movement, logging and its monitoring Supervising the housekeeping, security, ancillary and our-door staff Utilities : its availability, backup and usage payments Recording and maintaining the stock & inventory office supplies Travel and hotel arrangement of Directors, staff, client and customers Additional Knowledge Required:Awareness of regular office product suppliers Awareness of getting FFE repair & maintenance Administrative Laws & Regulations Awareness of Hygienic care & environmental effects Awareness of cleaning material
