Job Description	Assist that all staff is charging expanses to the correct budget head ad review the budget variances. Maintain effective coordination with supervisor and identify relevant problems and positively recommend suitable solutions. Keep updated leave record of staff. Process and forward medical claims to insurance company and keep updated record of it. Ensure the integrity of the cash management systems through effective internal control mechanisms, including budget tracking, cash forecasting and expenditure reporting. Financial Policies and with generally accepted accounting principles. Provide technical and managerial oversight of all aspects of finance. To look after the accounts and admin work as per policy.
