Job Description	PRODUCTION/PRODUCT Development Engineer (Male 25/30). Minimum BE in Mechanical Chemical Engineering or B-Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial engineering. We are looking Ice: Good people management skills & strong flair for administration & keeping control of day- to-day tasks & production costs. Good knowledge of manufacturing process and Japaneae lean production methods. Familiar with preparing estimates & costing of customers orders, Expertise in software’s like Aut0CAD / Mechanical Desktop/Pro Engineer. Good command over MS Office. MS Project. Passion for technology acquisition & assimilation. Good grasp over engineering general procedures & documentation. Good knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures, Dies & Production t tooling design & development. Japanese Production Methods 5S Quality Circles, and Kaizen. Command over English report writing will be essential. 3-4 years of experience of Production Management in an Industrial/Engineering environment.
