Recipe for Juicy Beef Skewers

Ingredients

  • Beef undercut 500 gm (cut into cubes)
  • Red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
  • Fresh rosemary 2 tbsp
  • Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste (crushed)
  • Oil as required
  • Garlic 2 cloves (crushed and chopped fine)
  • For Creamy Wasabi Dip:
  • Sour cream 1 cup
  • Chives 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mustard ¼ tsp
  • Wasabi paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

In a bowl marinate the beef along with balsamic vinegar, sauce, salt, black pepper, oil, garlic and rosemary for at-least 2 hours or overnight.

Place the cubes on wooden skewers.

Reserve the marinade after straining.

Heat a griddle pan grease well with oil, when smoking place the beef skewers and grill on either side till meat is cooked.

Do not over cook or press down on meat.

Serve on a bed of greens along with some creamy wasabi dip.

For Creamy Wasabi Dip:
Whisk the sour cream along wasabi and mustard and salt to taste.

Stir in the chopped chives and serve on the side along with the beef skewers.
