Recipe for Tomato Anda Kasundi


  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Green Chilies 3-4
  • Garlic Cloves 3-4
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mustard Seed 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Whole Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Boil tomatoes and remove seed.

Then in a pan heat oil and fry mustard seeds and whole cumin in it.

Then add garlic, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it.

After this add tomatoes, green chilies, vinegar, brown sugar and salt to taste and cook.

Now add eggs and cover it to simmer.

When it changes the color to white then dish out and serve.
