Recipe for Fried Dhaka Chicken


  • Chicken (boneless) 500g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • Maida 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
  • Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
  • White Sesame 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil as needed

Cooking Directions

In a bowl, add chicken, salt, garlic paste, lemon juice, corn flour, maida, egg, red chili powder, turmeric, red chili crushed, hot spice powder, white sesame and mix it well.

Now, keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now, deep fry it until golden brown in the cooking oil.

Your tasty Dhaka Chicken now ready to serve.
