Recipe for Japanese Roll


  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onions 3-4
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Fine flour ½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Lettuce leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Cut beef undercut into thin slices.

Also cut carrot, spring onion and green chilies into slices.

Now in a mixing bowl add beef, garlic paste, green chilies, spring onions, carrot, soya sauce, sugar, vinegar, black pepper and salt to taste, mix it well and set aside for a while.

Now take out the beef slices and spread it on mixture slices.

Now roll the beef slices and sprinkled fine flour on it and set on tooth picks.

Then fry the rolls in a pan, after frying set them aside.

In the end take out and garnish with lettuce leaves.
