Recipe for Coconut Halwa
- Coconut ½ kg ground
- Dried whole milk ½ kg
- Sugar 1 kg
- Small cardamoms 12
- Saffron color as required
Make sugar syrup of sugar.
Also add some water and ground cardamoms when you put sugar on flame.
When sugar syrup is ready, add dried whole milk and ground coconut mixed together.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Shift your halva to a tray and let it stay for five minutes.
Then cut into squares or any shape of your choice.
Serve delicious Coconut Halva.
