Recipe for Mutton Sizzler


  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Papri powder ½ tsp
  • Kabab chini powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Brown onion 2
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lahori Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Take 1 tbsp garlic paste, 125 gm yogurt, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black cumin seeds, ½ tsp papri powder, ½ tsp kabab chini powder, 1 tbsp red chili paste, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1.2 cup vinegar, 2 brown onion powder, 3 tbsp papaya paste and some lahori salt.

Mix everything and add ½ kg mutton cubes.

Leave it to marinade.

Put the marinated chicken in the pan and cook it.

Add in some water to tender the meat.

When the meat tenders and masala is cooked.

Put the chicken in the sizzling platter and serve hot.
