Recipe for Paneeri Peray

Ingredients

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 250 gm
  • Dry milk 2 cup
  • Khewra essence few drops

Cooking Directions

Boil 1 kg milk in a pan.

Once boiled remove it from the flame.

Add in 2tbsp vinegar and mix it. Cover it with lid.

When the water separates drain it with the help of soft cloth and hang it so that the water dries.

Take the paneer out in the bowl and rub it with the hand.

Add in condensed milk and dry milk. Mix everything together.

Make small balls out of the mixture and keep it for 4-5 hours.

Cool it and serve.
