• Boiled paste 1/2 packet
• Chicken Boneless ½ kg
• Tomato Puree 1 cup
• Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
• Mushrooms 1 cup
• Cream ½ cup
• Tomato ketchup ½ cup
• Cumin 1 tsp
• Oregane 1 tsp
• Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Red chili flakes 2 tsp
• Oil 4 tbsp

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces along with 1 tbsp minced garlic cloves.

When the color of the chicken changes add 1 cup tomato puree, 2 tbsp crushed red chilies, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar.

Increase the flame and cook until the oil floats on top. Turn the flame off.

Grease an oven tray and spread a layer of pasta on the base followed by a layer of chicken.

Now spread another layer of pasta and top with ½ cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup cream, 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle 1tsp oregano on top.

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.

The delicious baked creamy pasta is ready to be served.
