Recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken (Cut in cubes)
  • 1 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 Tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/5 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • Half cup Tomato Ketchup

Cooking Directions

Put chicken in a bowl and put all powders and ginger garlic paste in it.

Then put 1 table spoon of cooking oil and mix it with hands. After mixing keep it in refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes.

Then put cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it. When it will be well hot then put chicken cubes in it and cook them.

When chicken will be enough soft and there will be no chicken water in your pan then taste salt.

If you need more then you can add now. If you need more spicy then you can add black pepper at this stage.

Don''t add red chilli at this stage because it will not cook well.

Now put 1/5 cup of tomato ketchup and cook it.

After cooking it for 5 mins. It will be ready to serve.

Serve it with boiled rice or with rogni naan or bread.
