Recipe for Seekh Kebab Handi Masala

Ingredients

  • Mince – ½ kg
  • Crushed dry coriander – 1 tsp
  • Fried crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • Bread slices – 2 (soaked in water)
  • Chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt – 1 ½ tsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Masala
  • Onion – 1 large boiled with ¼ cup of water, ½ tsp turmeric powder and and blend
  • Coconut milk powder – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Butter – 100gm
  • Green chillies – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Whipped yogurt – ½ cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Ginger juliennes – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes – 3-4 blended

Cooking Directions

Marinate mince with dry coriander, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, bread slices, chilli powder, salt and egg, mix a

Heat butter and oil, add onion paste, ginger garlic and tomatoes, fry well.

Then add chilli powder, salt, coconut powder, yogurt and garam masala, fry well until oil floats on top.

Then add cooked seekh kababs and leave it on dam.
Garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
