• 250 grams ground beef
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 egg
• 3 green chilies
• 1 tomato
• 6 tsps cornflour
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
• 6 tbsps coriander leaves
• to taste salt

Add ground beef, onion, fresh coriander, 4 green chilies and tomato in a grinder.Grind to form a fine mixture.

Take out this mixture in a bowl.

Now add salt, pepper,red chili flakes,egg and corn flour.

Mix till well combined.

Grease your hands with little oil and make small balls with the mixture.

Place a meat ball between the palms of your hands and press gently to form a patty shape

Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown

Serve with tartar dip
