Recipe for Lokhi ka Halwa

Ingredients

  • Lokhi 1 kg
  • Sugar 1/4 kg
  • Gee 1/4 kg
  • Khoya 1/4 kg
  • Mix nuts 1 cup
  • 5 Small cardamom
  • Kewra water 1 tspoon

Cooking Directions

Kush the Lokhi, and add sugar and put on medium flame, after 1 hr put ghee and cardamom with nuts.

When water is and finished keep on low flame after 10 minutes put KHoya and Kewra and Its Ready to serve (Serve hot)!
