No.....reason is .. iSs say buhat say logon ki jaan ja sakti hai buhat say loug injured hu jatay hain..thoray say fun k liayy asa nai kerna chayy..baqi hamaray country k halaat aap k samnay hain kia haal hu raha hai logon ka kitnay ansu beh rahay hain ju k buhat say khamosh ansu hain ju feel kernay say he feel hu saktay hain...so i say No..
baqi fun hai ager kuch loug intrsted hain tu gov ko aik khaas jagah mahsoos ker deni chayy just in limited area for making basant festival....
