Syra Shahroz has been the queen of many hearts since her first drama serial Mera Naseeb. The uber gorgeous starlet is known for her screen presence, class and her perfect smile. The actress made her cameo in Ho Mann Jahaan and will now be making her acting debut with Chalay Thay Saath Movie. The actress is currently shooting for her movie, Chalay Thay Saath; she was recently seen enjoying herself at Hunza (up-north in Pakistan). Syra Shahroz revealed earlier that the movie will be a light hearted movie: “It’s a very different experience altogether. On a drama set, we shoot around 15 scenes a day, but on a film, even on a good day, we do maximum two,” Shahroz said. “So basically when you’re doing a film, you end up living the character and feeling it’s emotions and personality to the fullest, which has actually been quite fun.”

The uber-gorgeous Syra Shahroz is all set to make her cinematic debut on the silver screen with the upcoming movie ‘Chalay Thay Saath’. The Pakistani ensemble cast, Mansha Pasha, Zhalay Sarhadi and Syra Shahroz, Behroze Subzwari, Faris Khalid and Shamim Halai will be working together on the upcoming project. Directed by Omer Adil, who has previously directed documentaries and commercials; the film is all set to start shooting this season. “I kept getting scripts that I would like but something or the other about it wouldn’t sit right. This one just clicked because it’s not just revolving around one thing; it’ll shed light on love, friendship, family values,” said the 27-year-old Syra Shahroz. “I’ll be playing the role of Resham, who’s a doctor by profession. People have these preconceived notions about doctors being serious or very stuck in their ways but she’s not like that. She’s very fun-loving and adventurous and the story is about her and her friends taking a trip up North,” revealed Syra. “It’s basically a family oriented love story, with family values, friends, and a love interest. I had been getting offers previously as well, but somehow or the other, the character wouldn’t click. Whereas, this film is covering all the aspects that will connect with the viewers. I play the role of a young doctor called Resham, who’s going back home and her friends decide to take a trip, so it’s a very interesting project,” Syra stated.

The actress Mansha Pasha is also part of the cast and will be playing the role of a headstrong woman called Tania. The producer Beenish Parvez, stated: “It’s not primarily a road trip movie; it’s like a travelogue but about everyday people like you and me. The dialogues are very real, the story will start off on a lighter note and get a bit more dramatic as time will go by but still rooted in reality.” “The film is a rom-com with hints of drama, a journey of self-discovery. It’s looking to reach out to audiences who understand the importance of disconnect from the urban cycle of life. It’s a story about relationships and their complexities, about getting out there and living for a change,” Mansha shares. “The movie won’t follow typical formulas that have developed by taking too much inspiration from Bollywood. Instead, it’s a film that will highlight Pakistani values.” The cast of Chalay Thay Saath also includes other big names like Zhalay Sarhadi, Behroze Subzwari, Faris Khalid and Shamim Halai, among others.
