Earlier titled as Jhol, the film has an ensemble cast of Bilal Ashraf, Saleem Miraj, Ali Azmat and Urwa Hocane, with film veterans Mustafa Qureshi and Babra Sharif making their comeback through this film. Two plus Two is a story of four different people: Bilal Ashraf (doctor), Urwa Hocane (businesswoman), Ali Azmat (police officer) and Saleem Miraj (terrorist). The film will show how the lives of these four unrelated, yet central characters, get changed in a short span of 7-8 hours. According to the film director almost 50 percent shooting of the film has already been done and is primarily shot in Karachi and Hyderabad. The technical crew of the film is hired from China and Singapore where as stunts have been coordinated by the same person who handled Jet Lee’s Hero.
