According to details, three mountaineers, Usman, Imran and Khurram, aged between 30 to 35 years, residents of Islamabad, left for Neelum Valley, AJK on August 31. Since their departure for the expedition, no contact has been established with them. Rescue teams have been sent to trace the missing mountaineers and cooperation of Pakistan Army has also been sought in this regard. Like no likes.

Update on ?Missing Climbers? via Esam Khattak.

S&R Teams searched the surroundings of the point (5000m+) where the missing climbers spent two nights in a snow bivouac before their last comm with the base camp.
More spare items including trekking shoes were found. Bad weather continues. No visibility / trace of possible location of the climbers found yet. Search will continue tomorrow.
Connectivity issues with sat phone and local/cell network down in Kel throughout the day.

Some pictures from my album of Aerial and Ground search mission. Whole available flying hours of Sep 9 were utilized and all sides of the mountain were scanned by well trained pilots and myself with a possibility of my landing on site if required. Later I led a ground mission from Sep 11, initially comprising of Wajahat, Ahsan, Manzar and myself. Later we were joined by Hasan, Sadiq, Zahid, Sharif and Younas.
