When interviewed about her role in this film she said “My role in the movie is also very interesting but I personally enjoyed sharing screen space with legends like Javed Sheikh and Ismail Tara” stated Sidra. Sidra is also very excited about her first time experience with the whole cast. Her views about the cast are positive, she considers the co-stars as a big ‘family’ and that everyone worked really hard to make their characters more believable. On whether she would have agreed to perform an item song in the movie, she replied, “I would have not said no if I was offered.” Sidra is very optimistic about the release which is expected to release this year. She is hopeful that Halla Gulla would become part of the new wave of Pakistani cinema and shatter all the previous record on the box office.
